January 1991:
S'olitaire recruited by tr'Radiak, tr'Rllaillieu or Tomalak.

Late 1991/Early 1992:
A feud between tr'Radiak and tr'Rllaillieu erupted after he recruited S'olitaire for helm position and was resolved by Tomalak, a Riov at the time. S'olitaire was eventually assigned to ChR Raptor under Tomalak. The ChR vas'd'hannam was destroyed, along with Arrain S'cion, brother of S'olitaire. ChR Bloodhawk was destroyed when left outside spar space, and the crew, composed of Klari, Y'Mega, and Thorn were relocated to various areas. Klari was promoted to Riov, formerly erei'Riov of the Bloodhawk.

Mid 1992:
Cardassians attacked DB1 with their one ship, the Argus, piloted by Cr'zylinga. Ferengi were called on for help, and the Cardassian was driven off.

June 1992:
Work was started on the ChR Stealth.

July 1992:
Arrain Thorn given acting command of ChR Viper by R'chai.

August 1992:
The destroyer ChR Stealth was commissioned with Riov tr'Radiak commanding. Thorn was promoted to erei'Riov, still acting as commander of the ChR Viper.

September 1992:
Raaas started constuction of his new ship, the Stiletto, while K'rathis and Y'mega were both promoted to the rank of Riov. The ChR vas' Stelam d'Latta and ChR Ra'Kholh were helmed under the command of Y'Mega and K'rathis, respectively. The vas'Deletham, commanded by Riov S'Torm and first officer S'Taleron, was upgraded to a battleship. Riov tr'Arath, promoted from second officer of the ChR Stealth, commanded the Hvael, with Flar, F'tllhein and Indigo as his crew. The pirate ship the Jolly Rogers, commanded by Mauvebeard was sighted for the first time. Erei'Riov Raaas commanded several missions to chase down MauveBeard, with Zog and Hamakto at his side. Also at this time Vaehrok was also crew aboard the Raptor. Towards the end of the month, construction of the Stiletto was completed, Raaas was promoted to Riov, and Z'lari let him take Vaehrok as his first officer. Hamakto was promoted to erei'Arrain and made first officer of the Raptor, Zog being promoted to Erein and made second officer. A trade treaty was established with the Ferengi, Gorn, and a few small independent merchants.

October 1992:
The month brought more visits by the pirate Mauvebeard. The Bloodwing became somewhat obsessed with the capture and destruction of the Jolly Roger and the fleet was scrambled many times, but Mauvebeard was just too fast for our ships. The Stiletto and Raptor became sister ships during this time. The crew of the Stiletto consisted, Raaas, Vaehrok, P'ttnger, and R'maldune (aka Saetras). During this time, most of the fleet were building up large crews and a treaty forming the alliance with the Gorn was written by the Senate. Senators consisted of Klari, Raaas, J'Mangdr, Llhran, tr'Radiak. At this point the Gorn alliance treaty had not been signed by Tomalak or Chuckles, while the Rihannsu began to get an early start with merchant trade during this time.

November 1992:
This month brought the turmoil of the Radiak trial. Riov tr'Radiak of the Khellian stole the ChR Viper, went into Gorn space, and attacked a Federation merchant ship. At the time, the Rihannsu and Gorn were in the process of finalizing the Rihannsu-Gorn alliance, and Radiak's actions nearly broke off Rihannsu relations with the Gorn. President Chuckles of the Gorn Confederation was very upset that the non-aggression pact between the Rihannsu and Gorn had been violated. The High Council (which at the time included all officers of rank Riov and higher) voted to temporaily remove the commission of Riov tr'Radiak, during which time an investigation was to take place. Radiak freely admitted his actions, and when the sentenced he committed numerous traitorous acts. Thorn was promoted to full Riov of the Viper by Tomalak and S'Loner was promoted to erei'Riov.

Late Nov/Early Dec 1992:
tr'Radiak attempts to defect and is captured by Enriov S'ingleton and Riov Thorn in the ChR Viper, brought back to ch'Rihan, and then put to death.

December 2, 1992:
The ChR Stiletto was stolen by a band of traitors. This group was led by a Rihannsu named Brachor. A number of others were involved with Brachor, without knowing what was really going on. The Stiletto was take to Gorn space in an attempt by Brachor to defect to the Gorn. Captain Meglak of the Gorn took the Stiletto into safe custody and help the Rihannsu fugitives until Bloodwing authorities were able to retrieve them. Brachor was executed for the crime, and the others involved were found to be innocent.

December 4, 1992:
A Federation heavy cruiser was spotted inside Rihannsu space and Enarrain Klari immediately ordered all available Rihannsu vessels to intercept the intruder. The ChR Raptor, commanded by second officer Erein Zog tr'Llweii, was the first on the scene. The Raptor was able to spot both the heavy cruiser USS Yorktown and the battleship USS Lexington inside Rihannsu space. The Raptor held position at 10,000 units from the intruders, with weapons armed. The ChR Khellian commanded by Riov Lhaes, ChR vas'Stelam d'Latta commanded by Riov Y'mega, and the ChR Ra'Kholh commanded by Riov K'rathis all arrived on the scene in a matter of minutes. Having encountered the superior Rihannsu forces, the Federation vessels retreated across the Neutral Zone back to Beowulf Station.

December 9, 1992:
The IKV Ghol Ghor was sighted entering Rihannsu space near the Klingon border. Enarrain Klari ordered all Rihannsu vessels to intercept the vessel, a bortaS class heavy cruiser. The Raptor and Stiletto were the first vessels on the scene. Due to a breakdown of communications, the Stiletto, commanded by Riov Raaas, immediately engaged the Ghol Gor. The Klingon heavy cruiser and the Stiletto traded fire for a couple of minutes with the Stiletto quickly being reduced down to 24% hull and the Ghol Gor to 30% hull. By this time the ChR Ra'Kholh, ChR vas' Stelam d'Latta, and ChR Khellian were all in the area. Rihannsu vessels were repeatedly given conflicting fire and cease fire orders while the Ghol Gor proceeded to inflict further damage on the Stiletto. A final decision was made by Enarrain Klari to allow the Ghol Ghor to withdraw in return for allowing the Stiletto to live.
